FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
(BUFFALO, NY/ FORT ERIE, ON)- Just four months from now U.S. and Canadian citizens will no longer be able to cross the Niagara River to enter the Unites States by simply showing a regular driver's license and one other piece of government issued ID.
Beginning June 1, 2009, in accordance with the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) only the follow documents will be permissible:
